Are Wood Temples Biodegradable?

Lions Club International runs one of the largest eyeglass collection programs globally, refurbishing and redistributing prescription glasses to communities without access to eye care. The single most impactful ecological choice in sunglasses is buying frames that last. The production of any pair – regardless of material – uses energy, water and resources. A pair that lasts ten years has a far lower per-year environmental cost than one that lasts two.
