Returns & Exchanges:

If the product does not meet your satisfaction, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the refund will be for the amount you paid at the time of the transaction (not including items sold on sale or special Prices) and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
The product should be shipped in its original packaging as you had received it.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an inappropriate condition, we may have to send it back to you.
All goods will be checked upon return.
You are responsible for the merchandise until it reaches us in the warehouse, so make sure the product is packed properly and cannot be damaged on the way.
Make sure you are using a mail service that insures you, for the value of the items you return and get your proof of delivery.

We’ll send you an email to let you know when the package is received and checked, and of course the refund process.
